The "Z100 Jerry Maguire Mix" of SECRET GARDEN was produced in Spring 1997 by Matt Jones at Portland, OR radio station Z100. From the Z100 - The Morning Zoo Bootleg (see the "Official Releases" section below) liner notes:
Z100's Production Director Matt Jones used clips from jerry Maguire to create this. Our Program Director, Ken Benson, came up with the idea. He got the tape of the movie from an Academy member in Hollywood long before it came out on home video. Columbia Records sent it to radio stations all over the U.S., and it became a national hit. BUT it was never sold in stores, until this limited release. Columbia Records gave Matt Jones a 14" TV/VCR combo for his work. Springsteen got a national hit.
The "Z100 Jerry Maguire Mix" of SECRET GARDEN was only issued on Z100 releases.
