The DVD features two items from the live six hour Sundance broadcast of the all-star show of the Vote For Change tour. The first item is the Pennebaker documentary on Bruce and the second is Bruce's hour long set, with appearances by John Fogerty and Michael Stipe. I have not included the Dave Mathews introduction of Bruce (he announced him as Bruce Springstreet), nor have I include the two all-cast songs that followed Bruce's set; all of these featured Dave Mathews, whose appearances are not allowed on Dime.
The broadcast was recorded in extended play because I was attending the show and had to rely on a friend. That said, the picture quality is pretty good. Being a live to air mix, the audio quality is variable, but more than acceptable. There is a gradual loss of audio/video synch as the concert recording progresses. I've tried hard to eliminate it, but it appears to be an inherent issue with Encore. It's only minor so I hope it doesn't distract from your viewing pleasure.
