This is a mid-nineties sunburst labels reissue. It comes in a plain white die-cut paper sleeve.

"COLUMBIA NY" on the runout groove indicates that the lacquer was cut at Columbia Mastering in New York. The "ZSS" prefix on the runout groove (and on the labels) is Columbia Records' code for 7" single stereo 45 rpm.
