With Patti not in attendance, the Seeger Sessions Band were one red-headed woman down but the performance didn't suffer. An appropriately "loose" show for Milwaukee saw Bruce's guitar fail during Jesse James and a polka version of Ramrod during the encore. Only the second Further On (Up the Road) with the Seeger Sessions Band featured the tremendous voices of all the vocalists too. And no show in Milwaukee would be complete without a drive through the Wisconsin night in the funky arrangement of Cadillac Ranch!

The DVD production is tremendously slick, with a nice introduction and a slideshow filling in a gap during Old Dan Tucker. The video is nicely shot from a single camera high above the stage on the left hand side of the arena. On occasion, some of the camera work is a little unsteady and the zoom is used a little too enthusiastically but these are minor quibbles and inevitable whenever a single camera is trying to capture so much action on stage. For reference, and kudos, the show was filmed by JTT; the audio mixed and remastered by NEO; it was digitally mastered and authored by Fig; artwork was designed by GChord; Executive Producer credits go to Joan Fontaine; and SDonkey obtained the master tapes. An all-star cast!

This is definitely a worthy addition to any collection but shouldn't be considered a must-have.
