there wasnt an INFO file at ABMS where this got posted so i thoke the info from the SPL board. also create an Md5checksum as mots torrent trackers requeue a checksum. (it was posted with par2 files did not need to be repaired and afcource for the torrent those files are removed) http://www.spl-messages.net/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=168281&page=1&gonew=1#UNREAD *************************************************************************************************************** I FINALLY figured it all out! I am posting right now my 1st generation cassette tape of Bruce jamming with The Knack at The Troubador and Bruce teaching The Knack's drummer Bruce Gary how to play Rendezvous at his hotel room at The Sunset Marquis. These tapes were given to me personally by the great-late-Bruce Gary...RIP Bruce! I forgot to make an nfo file, but it's pretty self explainatory. there are 2 flac files for each segment. The program I used made the segments, but if you put the 2 for The Troubador together and play with no pause between tracks as well as the 2 from Acoustic rendezvous, you'll get the complete tapes. When I get back home in a bit I will scan my picture of Bruce with the Knack taken backstage at The Troubador. Oh yeah...it's autographed by all 5 of them! Enjoy! I'm glad to finally be able to give back. *************************************************************************************************************** BRUCEBASE: http://www.brucebase.org.uk/gig1978.htm 17/10/78 - THE TROUBADOUR, LOS ANGELES, CA MONA / NOT FADE AWAY Audience tape. With The Knack. Available on CD "Ultra Rare Trax Vol 1" (MOS) Bruce apparently went on to jam with the band later that night and may have given them the impetus to later record Dont look Back. Some tape apparently exists of this late night session.
