Notes:

In November 2017 I bought this one-sided 10" acetate that runs at 45 RPM and contains the "Bishop Danced", the same version from Max's Kansas City that ended up on the Tracks box set. I bought it from Backstage Auctions and it came directly from the private collection of Jim Cretecos who has kept it in his possession for the past 45 years. Included with the acetate is a CD-R to which the audio was transferred. The acetate has some scratches which you can clearly hear on this transfer.
