Notes from info file:

I recently came upon this one in my collection, and realized I never listened to it. Turns out this is a different (and to my ears a much better) version of this classic show than the one I already had. There is a little chatter during quiet parts, but nothing too bad.

This is the show that was postponed due to a hurricane. Also, while the other five Philly '99 shows were in the FU Center, this one was in the smaller Spectrum. As you'll hear, the crowd at this show is absolutely insane and Bruce responds with a killer performance that is arguably the best of the tour. Throw in the comparable performance the next night (which I seeded last summer and intend to reseed this weekend) and you have the conclusion to a legendary Springsteen stand.
