The above lyrics refer to the 28 Jun 2003 performance at San Siro Stadium, Milan, Italy, during The Rising tour. Note that the song was not intended to be played on that show. As a result of heavy rain, Bruce played the song between tracks 8 and 9 (see setlist below).
