Released on The Rising in 2002, the album that won a 2003 Grammy Award for Best Rock Album, and that was also nominated for Album Of The Year. Also released on the Australian single Waitin' On A Sunny Day with BORN TO RUN (live), DARKNESS ON THE EDGE OF TOWN (live), and THUNDER ROAD (live). Included on the Live In Barcelona DVD.

Performed during each night of The Rising tour. Played in acoustic version during the Double Take Magazine benefit shows in Feb 2003 and during the Devils & Dust tour.
