A mid-tempo rocker recorded during the Human Touch sessions, sometime between March and April Spring 1990 at A&M Studios, Los Angeles, CA.

30 DAYS OUT was published as a bonus track on various import-only singles in 1992 and 1993, and the above lyrics correspond to that officially released version.

A slightly different mix of 30 DAYS OUT (the same core recording though) can be found on the bootlegs The Gospel's Rain (Lucky Touch Records) and Human Demos (Flamingo Records).

As far as it's known, 30 DAYS OUT was never performed live.
