Notes from Lost In The Flood:
Extremely rare Japan-only promotional release for the "Greatest Hits" album. Standard jewel case features two different colour inserts (front and back) recreating the respective original Japanese 7-inch single sleeve artwork for either song. The disc itself also is designed to look like a vinyl 45, including an “orange label” imprint. This certainly is the scarcest of all Springsteen CD singles.
