There are three versions of this single. The discs are the same, but the picture sleeve differs in the rear design:
- The Dutch issue for domestic use and export to Europe has "The River" LP artwork and track listing and blue border on left side
- The export issue for the German market is the same like the domestic Dutch issue, but additionally has production credit misspelling "John Landan and Friends"
- The export issue for the French market doesn't have "The River" LP artwork and track listing or blue border on left side
