1/10 set notes:
The world premiere of "Sell It" inspired by late-night infomercials, which Bruce told the crowd he had written on the flight to Detroit. First tour appearance of  "No Surrender". The Fox was the biggest hall (capacity: 4.850) on the first leg of the tour. The show stirred come controversy in the press after Springsteen's organization refused to grant review tickets to critics from the Free Press and the Detroit News (there ha been a long and protracted strike by union workers at the papers). The Free Press fired backby running a story claiming the some of the t-shirtss sold at the show were made overseas by non-union labor.
1/11 set notes:
Same as 1/10 except replaced the "capital punishment trilogy" - "Johnny 99", "Dead Man Walkin'" and "Nebraska" - with "Murder Inc." and "Mansion on the Hill".

All songs transfer from tape (taper unknown) with no breaks.
