Notes from BruceDVDs:

'People Have the Power' was the first Vote For Change offering from the mighty production house of ScrewDevil/CTC (in association with NYC Shows). It is a tremendous multicam mix of the second show of the tour in Cleveland, Ohio (the State which proved to be pivotal in the Election).

Although three different cameras are used, the footage from two of these angles was not available for the entire set. A rear view is only seen briefly at the beginning of the performance, while the excellent big screen view does not show up until the fourth song. All shots are extremely steady and unobstructed. The clarity of the video taken from the screen is excellent, while the main stage angle is a little soft and noisy (particularly in the dark tones). The combination of screen shots and stage close-ups give the illusion of pro-shot footage at times. The great video is complimented by superb audio dubbed from an IEM/audience mix which further enhances the professional feel of the production.

Also included is Bruce's guest spot with REM. It is mixed from two angles to give a remarkable close-up view. Menus and the usual CTC intro sequence complete the package. This is just about as good as it get when it comes to camcorder DVDs.
